It has a sweet, nutty smell with a bitter top note. It tastes floral, bitter, and light. I chose a mix of herbs that are protective, calming, full of love, and rejuvenating.
Grief Support is made of organic nettle leaf, lemon balm, tulsi, motherwort, rose petals, hops, and lavender.
Steep 3-5 minutes in hot water.
